Incoming Material Inspection: Carbon fiber raw materials undergo testing for 8 indicators, including tensile strength and porosity. Batches with a pass rate below 99% are directly returned.

Process Monitoring: The production workshop uses an MES system to collect equipment data in real-time. Critical processes (such as carbonization) are equipped with dual temperature sensors, controlling errors within ±2℃.

Finished Product Testing: Each batch of friction plates must pass a 100,000-cycle dynamic friction test. Any wear exceeding 0.1mm results in failure.
